PJ is a queer writer, performer, and presenter originally from Cork, now thriving in Dublin. PJ is also the co-host of the chart-topping podcast I’m Grand Mam, and he released a bestselling book at the end of 2023.
As a professional dancer, PJ has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Calvin Harris, Anne-Marie, David Guetta, and Stormzy. After returning to Ireland from London, he founded Throwing Shapes, a dance fitness company that offers fun and inclusive dance classes for all levels.
