lauren GUILFOYLE
Lauren Guilfoyle is a Chartered Physiotherapist working in high-performance sport, and following her completion of a MSc in Sport Psychology, is undertaking a PhD at the University of Limerick exploring injury in rugby on behalf of the IRFU.
Lauren is passionate about the translation of nerdy research to accessible language - doing so via her social media platforms. Lauren has also worked across sports and lifestyle broadcasting for a number of years with various roles at the Irish Open, Six Nations, GAA and Camogie Championships and Basketball. She has previously featured centrally on the 2 Johnnies Podcast including hitting the road on tour across their Irish dates, while Lauren has also featured across national radio in her capacity as health and wellness expert due to her physiotherapy background.
She is also a keen traveller - and loves nothing more than creative content in a new city.
