Conor plays hurling at inter-county level with the Wexford senior hurling team. He is an athlete, proud father and fashion lover. He spends a lot of time on the move.
Living a healthy and positive lifestyle is top of his list of priorities and is something he tries to encourage others around him to focus on.
Whether it's through hurling, health and fitness, mental well-being or simply being a good dad/partner, he strives to be the best and most positive person he can be.
While there are many ups and downs in life, Conor loves sharing his story and meeting new people who have their own story to tell.
He cherishes this quote from his grandmother; ‘Be you because only you can be. Work hard, enjoy the ride and don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff.’
