Amy o’donoghue
Amy is an Irish International Athlete and content creator with a degree in primary school teaching from Limerick. Amy is a multiple National Champion and has represented Ireland at major competitions, such as the European Cross Country Championships and the European Team Championships.
Amy shares the highs and lows of her experiences as an elite athlete - and chats all things fitness and running. She has a passion for self improvement and how mindset and outlook can help us all succeed in our goals.
When she’s not training or racing, she enjoys attending music festivals.
